Books Overview

Our colour NCR invoice books prices include full coloured design printing. Printed in digital CMYK.

Each book contains 50 sets per NCR books. ( Both 2 part and 3 part ).

A4 (210mm x 297mm)
A5 (148.5mm x 210mm)
DL (99mm x 210mm –  1/3A4)

Prices on our website include prices for

• Perforation ( Top or Side, for DL books only short side perforation is possible ).
• Sequential Numbering
• Inserted Loose Writing Shield and Attached Hinged Writing Shield option to choose from. ( 250gsm Board paper ).
• White Card Cover
• Strawboard Back

Sequential Numbering

Usually created as 5 digits (up to 7 digits max.) as 00001 etc.; please do NOT put the numbering on the actual PDF artwork (otherwise it’ll print on the job) but leave space (12mm tall x 30mm wide) describe its location in the box below.

However, you can start the sequential numbering wherever you like e.g. 01001-01500 etc. – numbering size is usually based around 14pt Arial and Black ink as default.

We only do CRASH Numbering (thus the number is printed on the top copy but the pressure goes down through all the sheets).

Drill Holes

2 Drill Holes are based on standard 80mm centre-to-centre ring binders, whether for 2-hole or 4-hole variants.

We use a 5mm Drill.

NOTE: Remember if placing TERMS & CONDITIONS on the reverse to be aware of Orientation / Positioning through a vertical rotation axis.

4 Holes drill: A4 size only.

2 Holes drill: A4, A5 & DL sizes. ( All sizes ).

DL — Long edge only (same 23mm in front edge)
A5 — Long edge or Short Edge (same 23mm in front edge)
A4 — Long edge or Short Edge (same 23mm in front edge)
