The paper is NCR carbonless, so the copy is made by the pressure of your pen and there is no carbon sheet to move along or lose. Write once, hand over the top copy, and your record is already made. 100 sets per book Each of our duplicate books holds 100 sets, which is 200 sheets. Many suppliers bind 50 sets in a duplicate book, so ours last twice as long between orders and cost less per invoice. If you would rather have a third copy for a job file or a driver, the triplicate invoice books hold 50 sets of three. Printed with your details Every book is printed in black ink with your business name, logo, address, phone, email and VAT number, along with the column headings and boxes your invoices need. Send your own artwork, or choose the free design service and tell us what to include: we set it out and email a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it. Sizes, binding and perforation A4 (210mm x 297mm), A5 (148mm x 210mm), A6 (105mm x 148mm) or DL (99mm x 210mm). Manilla cover, cardboard back and a wrap around writing shield so the set below stays clean. Black taped spine. Every sheet perforated along the binding edge, top or left as you choose. Numbering Sequential numbering is included. Tell us the first number and where it should sit, and both copies of each set carry the same number. Choose the plain option if you number by hand. Duplicate means two copies of each invoice, an original and one copy, and 100 sets per book. Triplicate means three, an original and two copies, and 50 sets per book. Choose triplicate only if a third copy has somewhere to go. ### Which copy does the customer get? The white top copy. The copy beneath stays bound in the book as your record, or tears out along the perforation if you prefer to file it. ### Do both copies show the invoice number? Yes. The number is printed on every part of the set, so the customer copy and your copy always match. ### Can I have the books without numbers? Yes. Choose the plain option when you order. Numbering is included in the price either way, so leaving it off does not make the book cheaper. ### How many books do I need to order? The smallest quantity is shown in the quantity list on this page and the price per book falls as you order more. A duplicate book lasts 100 invoices, so count how many you write in a month and order accordingly. ### How long do duplicate books take? A proof within a working day, then 3 to 4 working days to print and dispatch after you approve it. Delivery is free anywhere in Ireland. ## Delivery Proof Emailed within 1 working day of your order.
