Headed paper for the office printer

A letterhead is a sheet printed once with your identity, your logo, name, address, phone, email, website, company registration and VAT numbers, and then printed again in your office with the letter itself. Ours are on 120gsm bond, a smooth uncoated paper chosen because it runs through laser and inkjet printers without curling, takes a fountain pen or a ballpoint without feathering, and feels heavier than copier paper in the hand.

What goes where

Logo and name at the head; address, contact details and registration numbers at the foot, where Irish company law expects them on business letters. Keep the top 40mm and the bottom 25mm for the printed stationery and leave the middle clear for the letter. If you use a window envelope, the address block sits 40mm to 50mm from the top of the sheet on the left; tell us and we place a faint guide on the proof.

Quantities and matching stationery

From 1,000 sheets to 50,000, with the price per thousand falling as the quantity rises. A DL compliment slip is printed on the same 120gsm bond, so a slip tucked with a letter matches it, and printed DL envelopes complete the set. All three are in the business stationery range.

Artwork

Supply a print ready PDF at 300dpi with 3mm bleed. Logos as vector files print sharpest. We check every file before printing. If you have no artwork, ask through the bespoke quotation form and we will quote for design.

Turnaround, delivery and VAT

Choose 3 or 4 working days when you order. Free delivery anywhere in Ireland, north and south, on every order. Prices are shown ex VAT; business stationery is standard rated, so VAT at 23% is added at the checkout.
