How much do custom NCR books cost in Ireland?
At DiscoverPrint.ie, five custom duplicate books cost:

A4: €116.00 ex VAT
Both prices include design and delivery.
Every book holds 100 sets, an original and a copy. So five books give you 500 numbered invoices.

How much does NCR book design cost?
Design is free with every order.
When you order, choose "I want a free design with my info" and send us:
your business name and logo
your address, phone number and email
your VAT number and bank details
anything else you want on the page
Already have an invoice book you like? Photograph a page or upload a PDF, and we'll redraw it to print at no charge.
We email you a proof before anything is printed. You can ask for changes until it's right.

How much does printing cost per book and per invoice?
The printing cost per book falls as you order more.

50 A5 books: €8.96 per book

Why does the price drop? Most of the cost of a short run is setting up the job, and that work is done once whatever the quantity.
The print price covers:
your design printed in black ink on NCR carbonless paper
100 sets per book, each an original and one copy (see what is a duplicate invoice book?)
sequential numbering from whatever starting number you give us
perforation along the top or left edge, so the original tears out cleanly
a manilla cover, cardboard back, wrap-around writing shield and taped spine
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free anywhere in Ireland, north and south, with no minimum spend.
Books are printed and dispatched within 3 to 4 working days of you approving the proof.

Is VAT included in NCR book prices?
No. Our prices are shown ex VAT, and VAT at 23% is added at the checkout.
The inc VAT columns in the first table show what you'll actually pay.
Should you price A4 or A5?
It depends on how much you write on each invoice.
A5 suits invoices of six to ten lines and is the cheaper option.
A4 is worth the extra when your invoices regularly run past ten lines, or when you want payment terms and bank details on the same sheet. An A4 page takes 20 to 25 item lines.
At ten books, A4 costs €43.00 more ex VAT than A5.

Order enough to cover your next six to twelve months, if you're confident you'll use them.
Going from 5 to 20 A5 books cuts the price per book by more than half, from €21.20 to €9.72.
