Can you order duplicate NCR books printed with your own logo?
Yes. Every duplicate invoice book we print is printed to order, which means your logo, your details and your own wording on every set. There is no separate setup charge for it and no minimum order of thousands.
What we need from you
Less than people expect. One of these three is enough to start:
- A logo file. A PDF, EPS or AI file is ideal because it stays sharp at any size. A large PNG or JPG usually works.
- A photograph of the book you use now. If you want the same layout again, a clear photo taken straight on is enough for our designers to rebuild it.
- Nothing but your details. We have templates. Send your business name, address, phone, email, website and VAT number and we will set it out for you.
Tell us anything else that matters at the same time: the starting number, whether you want your terms printed on the back, and which boxes the form needs.
What our designers do with it
They set your logo at a size that reads without swamping the form, lay out the boxes so there is room to write in them, put the numbering where a thumb will find it, and make sure nothing important sits where the fold or the glued edge will eat it. That work is included with every new order.
Nothing is printed until you say so
You get a proof to look at. Read it the way you would read a contract: check the phone number digit by digit, check the VAT number, check the spelling of your own street. Ask for changes, get another proof. The press does not run until you have approved it.
Two parts, three parts, and what goes on each
A duplicate book is a two part set: the top copy for the customer, the second for you. The parts are different colours so nobody has to think about which is which. If the office needs a copy as well, order a triplicate book instead and we will print three. Every size we make sits together on the NCR books page.
How long it takes
Most of the wait is the proof, and that is in your hands. Once you approve it the book is printed and delivered free anywhere in Ireland. If you have a date you need them by, say so when you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
