Two copies of every invoice

A duplicate book has two parts to each set: a white top copy for the customer and a copy underneath that stays in the book. The paper is NCR carbonless, so the copy is made by the pressure of your pen and there is no carbon sheet to move along or lose. Write once, hand over the top copy, and your record is already made.

100 sets per book

Each of our duplicate books holds 100 sets, which is 200 sheets. Many suppliers bind 50 sets in a duplicate book, so ours last twice as long between orders and cost less per invoice. If you would rather have a third copy for a job file or a driver, the triplicate invoice books hold 50 sets of three.

Printed with your details

Every book is printed in black ink with your business name, logo, address, phone, email and VAT number, along with the column headings and boxes your invoices need. Send your own artwork, or choose the free design service and tell us what to include: we set it out and email a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

Sizes, binding and perforation

• A4 (210mm x 297mm), A5 (148mm x 210mm), A6 (105mm x 148mm) or DL (99mm x 210mm).
• Manilla cover, cardboard back and a wrap around writing shield so the set below stays clean.
• Black taped spine. Every sheet perforated along the binding edge, top or left as you choose.

Numbering

Sequential numbering is included. Tell us the first number and where it should sit, and both copies of each set carry the same number. Choose the plain option if you number by hand.

Turnaround, delivery and VAT

Printed and dispatched in 3 to 4 working days after you approve the proof. Free delivery anywhere in Ireland, north and south, on every order. Prices are shown ex VAT; VAT at 23% is added at the checkout. Every option for all our personalised invoice books is on the main invoice book page.
