The DL invoice book

DL is 99mm x 210mm, a third of an A4 sheet in height and the full width. It is a tall, narrow slip: one or two lines of work, a total and a signature, and it slides straight in a DL envelope. Window cleaners, oil deliveries, bin collections, taxi accounts and anyone who invoices the same thing to many customers choose DL.

Duplicate or triplicate

Choose two part books, an original and one copy with 100 sets per book, or three part books, an original and two copies with 50 sets per book. Printed with your details

Each book is printed in black ink on NCR carbonless paper with your name, logo, address, phone, email and VAT number, and the headings and boxes your invoices need. Upload artwork or choose the free design service and tell us what to include. A proof is emailed before anything is printed.

Binding, perforation and numbering

• Manilla cover, cardboard back, wrap around writing shield and a black taped spine.
• Every sheet perforated along the top or the left edge, whichever you choose.
• Sequential numbering included: give us the starting number, or choose plain.

Fitting the layout to DL

Run the form down the sheet: your details at the top, then customer, date, a short description, the amount and a signature line. Because the slip fits a DL envelope without folding, many customers use it as a posted account slip as well as a receipt.

Turnaround, delivery and VAT

Printed and dispatched in 3 to 4 working days after you approve the proof. Free delivery anywhere in Ireland, north and south, on every order. Prices are ex VAT; VAT at 23% is added at the checkout.
